Special Requests (Template)

Dear Applicant,

If you are in need of a special request or have a request that falls outside of the normal consular services forms, you may send your request to the KRG Representation in Washington to be processed and sent to the KRG Department of Foreign Relations (DFR) in Erbil.

Please download the following template (below), fill it out, sign it, and send it to the consular@us.gov.krd. 

Please note: It is highly recommended that the applicant type in their request and not handwrite.

The application process time is 3 weeks (15 business days), once all documentation is received at the KRG-US office. Please include a pre-paid, self-addressed FedEx or USPS envelope.
