Balên Nama (Pledge)

Sometimes, during a random audit of pensions or pensioners, a certain person will be asked to provide additional documentation with regard to any additional resources or benefits being received from the KRG. This form in Kurdish is called "Balên Nama" or payee pledge. The pledge simply states that you (pensioner) understand and pledge that you are not an employee of the Kurdistan Regional Government (KRG) and that you do not receive any salaries or benefits from any other KRG institutions, except for your sole pension income. Therefore, the following form is required to be filled out and sent to the KRG Representation in Washington.
