Washington - D.C., USA (us.gov.krd) - Representative Bayan Sami Abdul Rahman had a virtual meeting with Congressman Paul Gosar (R-AZ), member of the House Committee on Natural Resources, last week.

Ms. Abdul Rahman briefed the Congressman on the recent security and political developments in the region, the economic and humanitarian situation in Kurdistan, including the agriculture and energy sectors. She thanked him for his support of Kurdistan.

Congressman Gosar is serving his sixth term in Congress as the Representative from Arizona's Fourth Congressional District, first elected in 2010. He has focused his legislative work on natural resources issues and government accountability.
