Deputy Minister of Culture and Youth, Arian Asad, and KRG Representative to the United States, Trifa Aziz, met with Glenn Davis, Director of the U.S. State Department’s Center for Cultural Heritage. The discussion focused on Kurdistan’s rich cultural heritage, ongoing preservation efforts, and opportunities for collaboration in film production and youth engagement.
Deputy Minister Asad was also warmly received by Kate Seely, Vice President for Cultural and Arts Affairs, and Kenneth Pollack, Vice President for Policy at the Middle East Institute. He was given an exclusive tour of the Institute’s Art Gallery, showcasing the region’s vibrant artistic legacy.
