Washington, DC, USA (us.gov.krd) - The US Institute of Peace hosted a screening of "One Yazidi Family vs ISIS", about a Yazidi family's story of survival in the face of genocide. The event was co-hosted by the KRG Representation in Washington and the Germany Embassy.

USIP President Nancy Lindborg and German Ambassador Emily Haber both delivered opening remarks, followed by a panel discussion with Representative Abdul Rahman, Iraqi Ambassador Fareed Yasseen, and the film's director Gwynne Roberts (pictured), moderated by USIP's Sarhang Hamasaeed.
